MLC election schedule released in Andhra Pradesh, nominations can be filed by March 4
In Andhra Pradesh elections will be held for six seats of MLC. The Central Election Commission released the schedule. MLC elections will be held on 15 March. The nomination process will begin on February 25. Nomination papers will be accepted by 4 March.
It was informed that nomination papers will be scrutinized on March 5 and candidates will be able to withdraw their nomination by March 8. Voting will be held on March 15 from 9 am to 4 pm. The counting of votes will take place on the same day at 5 pm
The term of 4 MLC is going to end on March 29. Pilli Subhash Chandra Bose has vacated one MLC space. So elections are going to be held in March for 5 MLC locations in Andhra Pradesh. The Election Commission has released the schedule.
There will be a by-election for the MLC location due to the death of Challa Ramakrishna Reddy. Elections will be held for a total of 6 seats, including the seats of Tippay Swamy, Sandhya Rani, Veeravankut Chaudhary and Sheikh Ahmed Iqbal.
The notification for MLC elections will be released on 25 February and elections will be held on 15 March. March 4 will be the last date for accepting nominations. The nomination papers will be scrutinized on March 5 and nominations can be withdrawn on March 8. Voting will be held on March 15 from 9 am to 4 pm. Votes will be counted from 5 pm on the same day
